i love apple ridge orchard. we got a season pass and i hope to use it a lot. who knows where we will be next fall, so we have to make it count! our first visit of the season was last weekend and it was wonderful. here is the count:- people who mistook emmy for a boy (that we know of): 4 (i forgot her bow, ok?)
- people we asked to take our picture: 5
families from our ward we saw there: 3- apples we ate in the orchard: 4
- wins i had in our hit-that-tree-with-the-rotten-apple game: 0
- times more comfortable i was this year compared to last year : 1,000

2011- things i got to check off my fall bucket list: 4 (apple picking, hay ride, corn maze, pumpkin patch)
- better fall days i have had with my little family: 0
you know what though? someone's baby needs a lesson in picture-taking cooperation.

How fun. I am so sad that we weren't the fourth ward family you saw there. I'll be home in another month, will you still remember me? Haha too bad all the picking will be over by then.
